Context This labelled data-set was used for sentiment analysis of tweets about a medicine. Sentiment can be assigned a score depending on whether it is positive or negative or neutral. Content The score (label for each tweet) varies from 0 - 4 where 4 denotes a completely positive sentiment and 0 clearly shows a negative sentiment.
