WDI frames global trends with indicators on population, population density, urbanization, GNI, and GDP. These indicators measure the world’s economy and progress toward improving lives, achieving sustainable development, providing support for vulnerable populations, and reducing gender disparities. ## Content World Development Indicators Data is the primary World Bank collection of development indicators, compiled from officially-recognized international sources.
