Context The soil in composed of thousands of different species, mostly bacteria. Through citizen science we collect samples from different locations around Somerville, MA, run protocols to extract soil-organism dna, and then send samples for sequencing. Content This data repository is the raw structure and files (i believe) received from the company that ran the sequencing.
