Context This dataset contanis around 13.000 apartments for sale and for rent in the city of S?o Paulo, Brazil. The data comes from multiple sources, specially real estate classified websites. Content The dataset represents properties advertised in the month of April 2019. Inspiration This is a smaller and anonymized version of a dataset we use on my startup https://openimob.com which predicts the price of properties and help people to find the best deals on the real estate market.
